Relax as I cruise the woods on my bicycle and enjoy the fresh air. In this video I’ll also talk about the health benefits of getting outside and enjoying what nature has to offer. Natural environments are good for us, so if we are able, we should remove ourselves from the computer or television and get outside, so that our lives may be enhanced by the great outdoors. The videos on my You Tube channel portray some of the typical day-to-day things that I do for relaxation, as well my never ending chores. This video was produced with relaxation in mind and hopefully has some ASMR qualities.
