This is one of a series of videos designed for various needs:- as a calming sound to play in the background while studying or as a soothing sound to play while you sleep. These videos can be used for many relaxation requirements, let me know how you use this video. With each video there will be a tip to help you with your studying or how to achieve a relaxed sleep. With this video I have included the third of the tips on how to get the most out of your study sessions. Acquire and carry with you at all times a small notebook or daily planner. It is helpful to have this in easy reach for when you want to make notes related to what you need to study over the following days. Calculate how much time you need to complete life tasks such as house work, cooking, laundry etc., include time for sports and recreation. Once you have this done you will know how much time you have available for study and can allot periods during the week best suited to your weekly itinerary when to dedicate time for study. Prepare in your notebook a list or timetable of study tasks for that day, and for the week ahead, number them according to which ones need to be done first. These get the priority and will not necessarily be the easiest. Update your notebook on a daily bases. Remain flexible and keep an open mind, Rearrange to prioritize what is most important to accomplish in each day. Keep a record of how long various topics require for study, this information may hepl you in the future calculating study times for similar topics and tasks. Do include a day off here and there for down time, our bodies and minds need a rest every so often. Mark and label all your work folders and content. Place them in separate piles so that you can clearly see how much work you need to do and what has already been revised.
