Today you can try to relax listening to the sounds of fizzing soda.
I don't know if this will be relaxing enough to trigger an asmr sensation, but what is certain is that I felt so fresh after listening to this sound. Somehow it made me willing to take deeper breaths, and then enjoy every single one as if I were in the rainforest.
