Trying to identify Louisiana hawk by it's call/vocalization

Update: I think it's a .. Mississippi Kite .. The whistle and the color are the same. It's a beautiful grey. So may types of raptors, no wonder I wasn't having luck with my hawk search. Original post : Bird watchers, help me out. The closest sound that I found was from the broad-winged hawk, but that hawk is brown, and the one I'm seeing looks blue and gray. Also, the 2 part whistle of the broad winged hawk sounds different because the second part doesn't fade like what I've been hearing. I only saw one up close when it caught a grasshopper. The best way to describe this call would a 2 part whistle with the second part trailing off or decreasing in pitch. I never noticed these before, but they're gliding above my patio every day.
