Forest Healing Meditation, calming and soothing, binaural beats.

This is about as calming as you can get and still have some sound. It is recorded with the back ground of soft rain and Binaural Beats. This is a Theta meditation, that disassociates you from worries and tasks, ramping in steps down to 6.5 Hz. This session stimulates mid-Theta, so it may be an easier to remain conscious during this session than with the deeper Theta meditations. Note that this session uses binaural beats. Use this session in a quiet, comfortable place, free of distraction, in a chair or lying down. While headphones are not necessary, I recommend using headphones for a greater meditative experience. After starting the session, close your eyes and relax. During the session you should remain as calm and relaxed as possible.
