FLYING STRANGERS X SOFT WHITE SIXTIES: MAKING MUSIC

It’s awesome when you hear bands that get you excited, and The Soft White Sixties is a band that really got me hyped. I first heard of them when Taylor Bingaman suggested using them for his ESPN Real Street part. Luckily they were down for their music to be used for a skateboarding edit. Otherwise, we may not have been able to use their song because it’s very hard to clear music when it is being aired on T.V.

I had the chance to meet with the band and see them play a live show in Santa Ana. It was rad to not only hear their passion for music, but to also see it. It was inspiring to talk with them and see how much they love doing shows together. - Chris Ray
